She founded Follow the Fear, an experiential learning company, to help organizations and individuals prepare for the future of work by developing our most vital human skills: adaptability, communication, creativity, empathy, and self-awareness. Throughout her 20+ year career, Lisa has brought playful and human-centric learning experiences to thousands of people in the U.S., Asia, Australia, and Europe. She has led workshops, classes, and talks for the public and for clients including NYC Department of Health, Brooklyn Public Library, BMW Group, Equinox, TBWA, and Pragmatic Institute.
