HR Consultant | People & Culture Expert
New York, NY, USA
My name is Jordyn Kee, a certified professional under the Society of Human Resources Management and a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management. I've worked professionally in HR for over 6 years and have realized that the business world can be corrupt in many ways. As a queer, black woman; every decision I advise leadership, managers, and employees to make comes from a place of empathy, a DEI lens, and a people-centered focus. I realized over time that not everyone operates this way and doesn't have their people's best interest at heart. So I am setting out to change that. Using my high emotional intelligence, life experiences, and education; I'm looking to provide a listening ear, validate experiences and provide a breadth of knowledge that most employees aren't equipped with or have access to. People should always and forever come first. The sessions I will be offering will be in the form of consultations. Consultation topics include: struggles at work, interview prep, resume review, exit strategies, workplace self care and more. Employees deserve to have a psychologically safe environment especially if they will be spending 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week and 52 weeks a year at work. That's nearly 1/3 of your life. Contact me at [email protected] for any questions and/or book me on expert session for a consultation!
