After many years in various aspects of manufacturing, I ventured out to learn more about higher education and ran a non-profit dedicated to removing barriers for people to find employment. This varied experience of manufacturing operations, community and government affairs, non-profit management, and workforce development led me to form a consulting company that helps entities develop, implement, or improve programs.
