structuring complex topics
My name is Natallia and I am a strategy expert. My core strength is simplifying and structuring complex topics. If you feel confused or overwhelmed, whether it relates to a business problem or your career at large, I am the right person for you. My approach is empathetic and simple. With a passion for thinking deeply and a commitment to excellence, I am dedicated to helping you thrive and achieve your goals. Armed with extensive expertise, I can provide advice and guidance, while you figure out the best path forward. My professional journey started as a strategy consultant for Fortune 100 companies, working on crucial business questions with top players in beauty and fashion. Seeking to broaden my horizons and follow my passion for art, I pursued a Master's in Contemporary Art from Sotheby's Institute in New York. This led me to join a start-up in the city that utilized AI and Machine Learning to determine the value of art sold at auction; last year, it was acquired. I was the first non-technical employee, and learned invaluable lessons about product-market fit (fancy term for "do people want our stuff?") and customer acquisition (fancy term for "how do we get more people to pay us for the stuff we sell?"). Continuing my journey, I ventured into the realm of product strategy at DoorDash. Here, I focused on building a high-margin B2B product for the company's largest clients. This experience allowed me to further refine my skills and understand the intricacies of delivering exceptional products at scale. In 2020, I joined the prestigious management consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group, in New York. Over the past three years, I have been dedicated to go-to-market strategy (fancy term for "how do we sell our stuff to our customers") and technology enablement (fancy term for "how can we bring new tech, like AI, to make our company more efficient?") for some of the top corporate entities in the United States. This role has given me with a deep understanding of the challenges major businesses face in today's rapidly evolving landscape, and how my experience at start-ups can highlight blind spots and add value. Recently, I made the decision to embark on a new adventure by building my own direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand. I look forward to leveraging my skills and experience to make a meaningful impact in your life - let's talk!
