Tara Eveland

Cannabis Industry Marketing Strategist

Greetings, I'm Tara Eveland, a Digital Marketing Strategist based in Richmond, VA, and a dedicated Cannabis Industry Leader and Activist since 2002. My journey blends two decades of proven expertise in driving educational initiatives, cultivating company culture, and boosting growth and revenue within the cannabis sector. As the Founder of The Herbal Creative Co. and The Cannabis Content Club, I bring a unique blend of marketing strategy, business development, and team-building skills to the table. My activism roots run deep, dating back to 2002 with the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), where I proudly sit on the executive board of directors. Having played a pivotal role in drafting, lobbying, and implementing some of the nation's first recreational cannabis laws in Denver, Colorado, I continue to champion the cause nationwide. Currently, I'm on the move, traversing the United States with my boyfriend, contemporary painter Jacob Harkins, and our loyal canine companion. This lifestyle allows me to offer on-site expertise per contract, with clients covering only the gasoline costs, ranging from 2 to 8 weeks. From developing brand campaigns to mentoring new designers, I bring a wealth of experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for impactful work to every project. Let's collaborate and elevate your brand in the dynamic world of digital marketing.

Mildred D. Muhammad

Advocate and Specialist in Survivors' Empowerment

My name is Mildred D. Muhammad, and I am an Award-Winning Global Keynote Speaker, Domestic Abuse/Violence and Personal/Professional Development Consultant. With my expertise, I specialize in helping individuals identify and overcome emotional triggers and flashbacks in the healing process. I am passionate about establishing healthy patterns of self-care and self-compassion, as well as reclaiming personal power and building resilience and strength in the recovery journey. Throughout my career, I have achieved numerous milestones and received recognition for my work. As an Award-Winning Global Keynote Speaker and International Expert Speaker for the US Department of State, I have had the privilege of addressing audiences worldwide. Through my compelling story as the former spouse of the DC Sniper, I shed light on the horrors of my past, including terror, abuse, and heartbreak. Simultaneously, I advocate for Domestic Abuse/Violence Awareness and Prevention, raising awareness on a global scale. I am honored to be recognized as "One of the Nation's most powerful advocates for victims and survivors of domestic violence" by WROC-TV, Rochester, NY. Organizations and agencies worldwide seek me out to share the intimate details of my experiences with fear, abuse, and frequent victim-blaming. My personal journey from victim to survivor has strengthened and expanded the scope of my mission. I speak to a wide range of audiences, including victims and survivors of domestic violence, advocates, law enforcement professionals, therapists, counselors, mental and medical health providers, university and college students, and military personnel. My sincerity is as impressive as my unforgettable story of abuse. I discuss the dangers of PTSD that soldiers face after returning from a war zone, as well as victims who have been diagnosed with PTSD. I am acknowledged and honored for putting my expertise and experience to good use by supporting the Family Advocacy Program and its goal of educating, promoting, and putting a stop to domestic abuse in military communities. Having counseled myself and my children on how to survive victim-blaming in the face of adversity, I turned my tragic circumstances into an opportunity to establish ground on all forms of Domestic Abuse that are often overlooked. From verbal and mental abuse to economic, spiritual, stalking, and emotional abuse, I am dedicated to speaking about the specifics and realities of domestic abuse/violence. Moreover, I strive to be a vessel of support and healing for all those affected. I have been honored with numerous awards, including the DomesticShelters.Org 2023 Purple Ribbon Lifetime Achievement Medallion Award and the 2022 Who's Who in America: Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. These accolades, along with my certifications and qualifications, including being a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate and a Certified Professional/Personal Development Consultant, speak to my commitment and expertise in this field. If you have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse/violence and are seeking support, guidance, and healing from the trauma, I am here for you. Together, we can reclaim your strength, autonomy, and sense of self-worth

Kayla Bradham

Sports Philanthropy Executive

Kayla Bradham’s life story is a testament to resilience, determination, and belief in the transformative power of sports. Facing challenges like rural poverty and abuse, a single act of kindness—someone covering her softball registration fee—became the catalyst for her life’s mission. Her academic achievements (including graduating from St. Norbert College in just 3.5 years) are coupled with multiple corporate certifications: Executive Management certified, Project Management Essentials certified, and First Aid, CPR, and Suicide Prevention certified. She has also been nationally certified as a Personal Trainer with a specialty certification in Wellness Coaching. Kayla Bradham is creating a tidal wave of social impact across America in her role as the Executive Vice President of the Sports Philanthropy Network. She is a thought leader in social impact and the Founder of the Athlete Impact Network, a platform that gives fans an opportunity to partner with athletes for social causes. In July 2021, Kayla obtained the Athlete Marketing Essentials: NIL Certification from Front Office Sports. She has coupled that with a certification in harassment, discrimination, bullying, and retaliation training. This combination positions Kayla to work directly with athletes and sports leaders to build strong, healthy, and inclusive opportunities that create social impact. She works with some of the nation’s most influential athletes, training them on personal branding to use their NIL for the causes and charities that matter most to them. Kayla is a pivotal member of the Board of Directors for City on a Hill, an organization located in the heart of Milwaukee, WI — America’s 5th poorest city. COAH seeks to end poverty in all its forms by engaging and empowering people with the spiritual, social, educational, and economic resources they need to realize their full potential, making transformational change possible in our community. Kayla also serves on the Board of Directors for Tackle Hunger: Home of the Souper Bowl of Caring. This movement combats hunger with support from NFL Alumni, churches, schools, and civic groups, raising over $170 million in support, which remains entirely local. In addition, Kayla also serves on the Board of Directors for Heart of Michael, founded by Green Bay Packers Alumni, Michael Montgomery, centered around the well-being of children. Their main initiative provides preventive heart screenings, highlighting the importance of early detection and intervention for underserved youth. Kayla is an “INSPIRATIONAL INNOVATOR.” She aligns with Fox River Christian Church in Waukesha, Wisconsin, where she serves as a Certified Women’s and Children’s Christian Counselor who also serves on the Prayer Team Ministry.
